In Duchess of Hamilton Park in Motherwell.
The park was gifted to the people of Motherwell in 1917 by the Duke and Duchess of Hamilton. The park is home to a war memorial commemorating those who died in paWW1 and WW2 and since 2012 is also home to a war memorial to commemorate those who fought in the Spanish Civil War.
The inscription says:

Dedicated to the Volunteers from the Communities of North Lanarkshire who fought against fascism and in defence of liberty and democracy in the Spanish Civil War
